The gap nobody puts in the STO brochure
You closed the raise. ETH and CHF sit in different places. Investors ask for reporting. The auditor wants a balance sheet. The CFO lives in Xero. The cap table lives on-chain. Nobody agreed who reconciles what — until month-end breaks.
What we shipped
When the Volve.cc team joined as Investhub.io contributors, we added Business Proceed Management — a module for issuers and platforms to manage fiat and crypto proceeds with automated accounting into Xero on the backend. Always-updated balance sheet and P&L, not a quarterly scramble.
- Proceeds ingestion — bank and chain sources normalised into one operational view.
- Xero integration — the auditor’s language, not only the blockchain explorer’s.
- Investor-grade reporting — aligned with how Liechtenstein issuers actually file, not how Twitter thinks they should.
- Documentation — docs.investhub.io proceed management (public).
Where it sits in our other mandates
The regulated energy STO (first LI growth prospectus) needed custodian discipline and subscription evidence. Passion-asset and fund-transition files needed know-where-the-money-is before anyone talks about tokens. Proceed management is the boring rail that keeps those mandates out of criminal novelty.
We published a short walkthrough on Loom when the module went live — the kind of video accountants watch, not VCs.
Who should care
- Issuers post-STO with mixed treasury (ETH treasury + CHF opex).
- Family offices with platform investments needing one reporting spine.
- FO teams tired of exporting MetaMask CSVs into Excel temples.
This is technology-enabled advisory in the literal sense: the law still decides; the ledger still has to tie. We built the tie.
